We count items when they are pulled and when they are loaded. It is the
customer’s responsibility to do their own count and to notify us immediately if
there are any discrepancies.
Reservations on canopies, sides, dance floors, heaters, sound systems, ovens,
BBQ grills, crystal or silver are nonrefundable. Once reserved these
items are not refundable for any reason.
Tent Policies
Tent canopies and sides should be reserved as far in advance as possible
to guarantee that we will have it available for you on the date of your event.
You may change the size of your canopy as long as the canopy is substituted with
a canopy of similar rental cost. For example, you may not downsize from a 40’x40’
to a 10’x10’.
There are some areas of the Mendocino Coast that require permit fees. You are responsible
to determine if your location requires a permit.
Most of the canopies include labor for “normal” installation. Additional labor charges
will be added if access to the site or installing the tent is especially difficult.
The rate for additional labor is billed at $45 per hour.
It is the venue owner’s obligation to advise us of any pipes, electric, water, or
gas lines that may be in the ground where tent stakes will be placed. Any damage
to underground utilities created as a result of installing equipment by Fort Bragg
Rent-All & Party Works is the sole responsibility of the property owner.
